We (Field Notes Communities Ltd) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

What information do we collect from visitors to our public website?

Data for diagnostic and analytic purposes:

We collect information such as log files, analytics and error traces. Log files record website usage and information such as time, date, HTTP status and bytes sent and received. We use this information to improve our website and monitor website activity. This is statistical information about your browsing actions and patterns and we do not use it to identify any individual. We keep logs for 1 month.

Data for Marketing purposes:

If you contact us through links or if email us your details with enquiries about our becoming a customer, we may then store your information in our CRM and emailing systems. See English language page for more details. We keep information in these systems as long as you are a potential customer and will of course remove them on request.

How do we process & where do we store your personal data?

The information you provide to us is mostly stored and processed in the EEA or the UK, however it may be transited or held by service providers and clients outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Countries outside the EEA may not always have as strong data protection laws as the UK and the EEA. However, in each case a strong data-protection guarantee has been entered into with this company which complies with GDPR rules. In any case, we will always ensure that your information is used by third parties in accordance with this privacy statement and that it is kept secure.

We do not host ads in our website, app or platform and we do not sell any of your personal data.
